Orders and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Delivery times are estimated to be between 5-7 business days, meaning it will typically take between 6-9 business days to receive your order.

Click on the 'My Account' icon at the top right corner of our website and follow the registration prompts.

Log in to your account, navigate to 'Account Settings,' and update your shipping information accordingly.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by clicking on 'Track Order' in the main menu.

We prioritize your security and do not store credit card information without your consent. You may choose to save your payment details for future purchases during checkout.

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United Statesβ€”no minimum purchase required! All shipments include tracking so you can monitor your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Depending on product availability and warehouse locations, items in your order may arrive in separate packages.

Returns and Exchanges

We process orders quickly, but if you contact us promptly after placing your order, we may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for out-of-stock items. Please keep checking our website for when an item is back in stock.
